Appalling!

After my husband completing his diploma it was a constant battle to get his award. It took us 6 YEARS of constant almost daily emails and phone calls, visits to both Pretoria and Cape Town branches and nothing. Talking to almost a new person every time and assignments being lost in the system. Thank goodness for email proof of evidence (date and time, with correct email address) the work had been submitted. Systems failing and no replies from the college. Absolutely appalling!
