ANY FEEDBACK WILL BE APPRECIATED PLEASE!!

To whom it concern,

I am a student with Damelin Distance Learning: Nicolene de Beer ( ********** 081082) and I am disgusted in the service I have received the past few months!

I have enrolled for a 3 year course paid in FULL for all three years. I have done 2 subjects now, submitted 8 assignment and only received results for 1 assignment.

I wanted to write exams in June now but I cant because I have NO idea if I am on the right track (results of assignments outstanding).

I have sent more than 15 e-mails requesting my results, phoned through over R300 of airtime and still NO FEEDBACK. Last assignment was submitted in Feb so we are going in month 3 without feedback.

I feel this is super unfair and unprofessional. When I enrolled and had to pay for my exams I had the best service and now since I paid the service is non existent.

If this is the only way for me to get feedback then so be it.
