Angry student

I even feel like crying, I have paid Damelin the full amount to receive my certificate, now I am even struggling to get my results. The consultants are telling me lies that GHA**** RODGERS is not at his desk, he's apparently busy with walk in, I requested to speak to SHAKIER ACHMAT, soooooo they cant transfer calls to him he is too busy, all the information said by MOLIFI LE****E and some rude lady, I was on hold for longer than 20 minutes using my work phone. This is happening continuously I dont even know what to do, I even received an email from EVODIA SCHOEMAN, saying that they will respond to me, till now I have not received any correspondence. Can someone please assist me with retrieving my Certificate
