Angry student

I have been waiting for my refund for the past 2 weeks with no one willing to assist me. I have been calling in everyday taken from one person to another and ends up with my call being directed to air. This is such bad service and dont know how I can ever recomend or even apply to further my studies with Damelin. The lady who was assisting me Caroline and Precious from Student Support have been the worst. I want assistance and my refund NOW.
