Accounts department is very useless

I am at student at Damelin, had outstanding fees last year and they decided to hand me over. With an amount that was not updated. After paying what I knew was left off my account I was then told about another outstanding balance which I paid for my exam fees. According to my knowledge exam fees do form part of the school fees, I'm now being told that these particular exam fees don't form part of my school fees and therefore will not be added to the outstanding balance.

Over the years when I would pay for my exam fees they would be deducted from remaining balance. Today because I've settled the outstanding amount, I'm being told a different sorry.

I need response ASAP, as I need my results. I've been getting run arounds from the accounts department.
