Account in arreas

I currently studying with Damelin since 03 April 2019, I have been paying my fees on time sometimes I even pay more than I should just so that I can pay it off quickly. In the month of June 2019 I paid twice the amount that I am supposed to pay and I informed them that I had already paid two installments and I was told they would not debit my account in the month of July but yet again I got debited. My account has been suspended due to account being in arrears which I could not understand how as I always send the proof of payment. I sent an email last week Wednesday and today is Monday still no feedback. Kindly do get back to me
