Academic

Year 2020 I enrolled for a course in labour relations (diploma);I took out a loan via fundi loans I paid all my tuition fees cash,submitted all my assignments and wrote my exams during November n December 2020,till to date I am struggling to get my academic record to register for the second year, I'm being sent from pillar to post I even went to an extent of going to the Johannesburg administration block of damelin correspondence college,where they printed for me the statement of account except the academic record,I was told it's only head office which deals with the results,head office was contacted but as usual you can't get through their line,an email was sent and I was told it will take about 48hours to get my academic record but to date no help,I am left stranded and disappointed I trusted the institution which i always rated highly ,which I don't even owe a cent to treat me the way it does to date.
