Absolutely horrific

I've had problems from the start of my studies with Damelin correspondence. I paid in full and then it took them 6 months to get my study material to me after me fighting to get it. then there was no further communication. i submitted assignments but never received results. for 1 assignment i received the results back a year late. then with one of my last exams i wrote in November 2018 and by the time the November 2019 exam entry forms were being submitted i had still not received my results, so i contacted the operations manager and he got the ball rolling a little for me, i got my remaining results and exam confirmation letter, BUT they offered me a "free: rewrite for the November 2018 exam because they :LOST!!!!! yes they LOST my exam and had no record of me writing it. ( which i did.. i even have the exam paper to prove it) so i was forced to re write an exam. i am now waiting for my final results and am ready to fight with them if my results are late or they have any excuses. i was ready at a stage to fly down to cape town and go and sit in their offices until they give me my results and diploma
