Absolute Joke of a College - *****s!

Between Jan & Feb 2015 we enquired about diplomas in Hospitality. By the 27th my partner enrolled and paid a R4100 deposit for which he had to take a loan for just to put himself through school! We get told 21 days til your books arrive and 2 months later, still no books and they had been debiting R911 a month still why he had received nothing.No books, no welcome letter, no paperwork whatsoever to even show he is enrolled. On the 1st phone call to chase this up they had said they were on the way. On the 2nd call, the poor man admitted the \book store"does not have his stuff in stock? Who the hell lets people sign up for a course that they don't have the material for? In May we request a cancellation with a refund and it doesn't get dealt with for 3 weeks til we then have to email it on to somewhere else for it only to be acknowledged on the 25th May. He then gets told a 4-5 week turnaround for cancellation and a further 90 working days if he even gets refund!! This is absolutely disgraceful and *****ing. You are a disgrace to education. Maybe I should join everyone else with their lawsuits and sue the **** out of Damelin! You should be shut down!"""
