Absolute joke

<p>First of all I registered to study through DCC a short course in January I am still waiting for my email address from them, I am waiting for assignment results from March, I went in today on the 12th of June for my exam as my exam time table stated...i got to the venue which the trip alone cost 400 odd rands and they did not have my paper and told me I am writing tomorrow According to Dcc I was not notified about this...It's a poorly run institution </p>
