Absolute Bad Service..cannot even pay my refund

My experience with this institution ahs been the worst. Its a struggle to get information from them..their call centre tries hard to resolve a query but unfortunately their leaders dont t them hence the reason they cannot properly assist students. I have cancelled with them and was granted my refund..after 90 days of cause. But not to my surprise i have not recieved it yet..i call everyday i email all the time, when i ask to speak to management they give me pathetic excuses and think i believe. When i signed up for the courae i dodnt struggle to pay..but they cannot give my money. I am very disgusted and Will NOT rexommend this institution to anyone!
