Abhorrent service from Damelin

I am extremely dissatisfied with Damelin. I had written exams for an import and export certification 2 years ago.besides the utter incompetence and mismanagement during the exam. They had misplaced my exam script and was unable to award my certificate to me due to this. They have been giving me the run around for 2 years and yet to provide any substantial feedback. I am appalled by their lack of assistance in resolving.
