A year of lies from Damelin regarding my course cancellation refund.

I registered with Damelin Correspondence College in 2013 for a Diploma in HR, and since then i have had troubles after troubles with the college up until i cancelled my contract with them. They promised to refund me on the 31.01.2017, within 3months but instead it has been a year still waiting for my refund. Everytime i call them to inquire about my refund it's either my refund papers are incomplete or they are waiting for the refunds department to deposit the money. Mind you they are not the ones who call back to give me feedback instead i am the one who is always calling them even after they have promised to call me back. Kellie Klein is the person who i have been emailing the refunds forms to the past 3 times but even today she hasn't called or sent an email with any feedback. This college is full of lies in all departments even the management who are never available when i call. They are either in a meeting or not available. Always. No one should ever waste their money with Damelin.
