A nightmare collage

I registered on the 30/11. Damelin decided to debit me on the 14/12 yet I stated that my salary date is the 20th monthly. Now there are forcing me to pay an fee of R200 for an unpaid debit order. Spoke with a very rude lady Primeross who was unprofessional and diceded to put the call on hold for 10min then she hung up. I have been calling and calling who picks up give me a wrong email address. And I was told mo Team leader can take my call. I don't think it fair that I need to pay this Fee of R200
