"A Frustrating Experience - An Insider Perspective"

My experience at the college has left me baffled and disappointed. It's disheartening to witness a college that claims to offer quality education but fails to address fundamental issues within their own organization. The recurring problem of unpaid lecturers has resulted in a revolving door of educators coming and going, ultimately compromising the learning environment.

In less than four months, more than two lecturers have quit their positions, leaving me to wonder who the common problem really is. The lack of financial compensation is not only demoralizing but also raises questions about the institution's commitment to its educators.

One of my most significant grievances is the delayed payment of my claims for the month of August. Whenever I inquire about the status, the response I receive is a vague promise to "follow up and let me know." It's disheartening that such a response is deemed acceptable. I understand that internal issues should not burden students, but the college's lack of urgency in addressing these problems is a cause for concern.

Moreover, the unequal treatment of lecturers and students is glaringly evident. Students receive requested resources on the same day, while lecturers wait for weeks. This inconsistency leaves a sour taste in one's mouth. The frustration doesn't end there, as I've dedicated a considerable amount of time to the student online portal, only to have my work deleted by the academic manager. When I requested assistance to rectify the situation, nothing was done, and I was unfairly held accountable for students' inability to access and submit their assignments.

It's bewildering that the college claims to hold academics in the highest regard while failing to provide the necessary support and financial compensation to its lecturers. Paying lecturers less than high school tutors and expecting them to function without adequate support or timely payments is simply unjust.

My experience at the college has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The institution needs to address these fundamental issues to truly uphold the quality of education it promises.
