A Black hole!

I am at my wits end. I registered my daughter for Gr 11 on 5 Jan 2015. We received most of her books on 28 Jan. BUT not her Math Student guide. Since registering I have phoned numerous times complaining about the same things. 1. No working Damelin.me account, 2. No Math study guide and then this week.... NO info on the LO / PET Pre-assessment she is supposed to attend tomorrow morning! Even though the documentation clearly states that we will receive an confirmation email on all activities and events 7 days prior to the date, we are sitting on friday, the day before the event, and still NO communication from Damelin. We have paid in advance for the year, but I will NOT recommend this college for anyone else and will most certainly NOT do grade 12 there. The documentation for registration came in drips and drags and the website is outdate with little to no 2015 info. Very very frustration and requesting info, phoning and mails go without any feedback! Even the complaints line is not answered.
