A 5 year Query to do a refund- No delivery

5 years ago I requested help from Damelin as I did not get all of my study material due to a post office strike. They said they would contact me and assist me and nobody ever did. When I went in to the branch where I did my initial application they also referred me to the call center. All I ever got from them was I would be called back. 5 years later I am still dealing with the same query resulting in me asking for a refund as they no longer offer the course I initially app**** for. I began to liaise with them last year November/December and full force again January 2015. They are giving me the run around now for this whole year with all of their waiting periods. I have requested to speak to superior management and all I get asked is for my student number and when they get my student number then they refuse to speak to me, they rather send emails. I am typing this complaint whilst holding on the line waiting to speak to one of the superiors-Tyrone Booysen-who also does not want to speak to me. is this what service has become in this country. they took my money just fine, but they cannot refund me. I would like every cent back, this is disgusting service! I need to study elsewhere!
