90 days refund policy and blocking my number

<p>We logged a refund in August for my husband Deon Meyer. They indicated that there is a 90 day refund policy. Which in my opinion is rediciouless in the first place. Deon sent numerous email a to jacky malibo only to get the same reply every time until he asked to have details. On thursday 6 October 2016 he phoned and spoke to sharon who told him the refund department will phone him on friday before 16h00 which didnt happen. He tried to phone damelin but his number were hung up on until he phoned from another number and then put on hold and never received an answer. Damelin correspondence college has *********** people workin for them. </p>
