8 months and counting!!!

Been waiting for 8 months for a refund, which they agreed to refund 50%. My reason for cancelling is due to the pathetic service received from Damelin, on going struggle from beginning to end and still continuing. I will never ever in my life refer anyone to Damelin! The excuse is they are waiting for a payment date...really? No payment date since December. Pathetic!!! Bunch of empty promises.
