7 months and still no study material!

<p>FIRST OFF, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST (NOR MY) HP COMPLAINT ABOUTH THESE ********!</p> <p> </p> <p>I was hounded (and pretty close to harrassed) to enrol with Damelin Correspondence College after just enquiring after courses.</p> <p> </p> <p>Every day, abouth 3 times a day I was called by this "sales consultant" ZANELE SHIBA way back in mid Feb '16. Every day there was something I had to do, fax, e-mail, call about etc..until they received my deposit totalling R3 750. Now for me, this is not pocket change. This was in February.</p> <p>They have since debited 5 monthly installments of R929 per month totalling R4 645 added on to the deposit, this is CURRENTLY a grand total of R8395.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to show for this amount of money (again, small fortune for some)</p> <p> </p> <p>I've been fighting with these *****s since March. My first follow up call, I was told that it would take 8 weeks. I gave it 10 weeks; STILL NOTHING. countless calls, e-mails and 8months down the line...STILL NOTHING!</p> <p> </p> <p>I've kept the proof of correspondence between myself, Zanele Shiba, Louanne Amanda Naidoo, ( Full of empty promises Useless )Shane Shaw, among others to state my claim.</p> <p>I have also reported it to ********** ...NOTHING. The last call I received was in June promising that material will be delivered at the end of that week IN JUNE! IT IS SEPTEMBER! NOTHING!</p> <p> </p> <p>NOW, I DO NOT WANT TO STUDY ANYMORE (at least not through Damelin whose name I can't even say without throwing up in my mouth a little)</p> <p>I NEED ALL MONIES PAID REFUNDED BACK TO ME AND THIS IS NOT AN UNREASONABLE REQUEST SINCE YOU NEVER KEPT YOUR END OF THE BARGAIN.</p> <p> </p> <p>I ALSO NEED TO BE CALLED REGARDING THIS ON MONDAY 5 SEPTEMBER AT 4PM SHARP (this is my only available time ) FAILURE TO DO SO, WILL RESULT IN A ******** CHARGE.</p> <p> </p> <p>I AWAIT YOUR CALL.</p>
