6 month waiting period

I app**** with this college in January ofnwhich my registration was allocated late March, I received a set of books via courier of which a whole lot was missing. I made several enquiries on this and at a late stage was told that I am owing the school. I waited another 3 months to get study material of which one set was correct and the other was something I had not app**** for. So I have still been waiting for books since march that have been out of stock to date. How are we expected to complete assignments and this course in full by the end of the year. I am utterly disappointed.
