5 Year and No qualifications!Completed and fully paid for! I want my Money back

i am very disappointed, rather very upset regarding a query thats been going on for 5 full years. This is actually the 2nd time i'm writing a complain review to get some sort of assistance or attention. i've completed my 2 year ECD certificate with Damelin in 2015, and to date i have not received my qualifications which is fully paid for. every time i write a complain i receive a call back , however immediate after making promises everyone seem to forget about me. image 5 year just to get a print out certificate which i paid for with my hard earned cash. beside money i spend sleepless night writing assignments, doing research and writing exams , to have nothing to show for. i have traveled at my expense every single branch in Gauteng to get some sort of assistance. i have spoke to every manager there is around and everyone tells me they'll escalate the issues, to who i have no idea.

Absolutely pathetic. can i latest get my money so that i can go to another institution. even if it means i have to re-write, and do all sort i would because Damelin had failed me. my career is stuck. unemployed because i have no proof for any qualifications yet i claim to have studies and completed.
