Hi, -5 stars I am very disappointed in Damelin. They used to be one of the top institutes to study at and look at it now. I am utterly shocked at the lack of communication from their side. I am due to write examinations next month, and have to cram in a year's work in a month due to the negligence of Damelin. My dashboard is incorrect with regards to a subject and when querying it I get no response. They don't respond to emails, they don't respond to Student help chat that is given. When you phone they don't answer. I found out yesterday there are controlled tests that needs to be written, but I cannot take part in that as my registration took up to 3 weeks to complete, and then online classes and student portal was not working. Vashist doesnt respond to emails, nor does Jean-Pierre. I am tired of asking, waiting, and checking my emails periodically for an answer but get none. This institute is happy to take your money, but after that you are on your own. Find out things on your own. There is no brochure to tell you how to work their websites, no support when needed with regards to incorrect subjects. No information given on what is expected of the student for the year. I am truly shocked and disappointed in Damelin.
