4months still waiting for study material

<br> <br> I registered in january 2015 to start N4-N6 mech engineering was impressed with xoliswa siphengane with how well she handled the matter of collecting my money, supposedly a student advisor it seems for her it stopped there,as soon as i was registered she seemed to vanished when it came to any querries. <br> <br> it has now been four months since i enrolled and yet i still do not have my study material. i have a few books but i am still outstanding all the study guides wich means i can not get anywhere from here i can not do assignments and i can not get to writ exams as assignments needs to be submitted, all in all i am still outstanding 20 books which according to them has been sent to me, but it has become rocket science for them to understand that the weigh bill no they supp**** me for these books WB802314 was registered to a complete different person. so now where do i go from here? as the pathetic call centre is wasting my money and the branch manager Rosanna sass just forwards all my querries and every time it just runs dead. <br> <br> i havent even received a student pack. <br> what a useless bunch stay away would be my advice to anyone as it is just a huge headache and waste money time
