I have been waiting for my refund since last year July They keep on telling me that the issue is with the finance department. I keep om sending email to the COO(Candice Peterson),the response i get is that they are not sure as to when will they give my money back as matter is with their finance department. I asked fr finance department contact details they refused to provide them.All i want is my money.They first said it will take up to 90 days,its been more than a year now. I followed the complaints process even sent an email to Department of higher education and training. GIVE MY MONEY BACK.its bad enough that i had to share my 30k with your institution but why am i not getting whats rightfully mine????????????????????????????
