4 Months to get books!!!

I have paid my deposit, and every month since Oct money is getting deducted, and yet I still wait for my study material. and I have to keep on calling, and keep on emailing, and no one is giving me any sort of positive feedback instead just telling me that I basically have to wait! I still have no idea when I am getting what I paid for!!!! this is realllllly frustrating...!!!
