4 months later & still no response!

I lodged a complaint on 30/12/2015 & 09/02/2016 regarding Damelin not responding to inquiry regarding my results. Till this day no one has attempted to assist me with my query. Damelin sends generic responses and don't bother calling with feedback. I have contacted InSeta who were able to give the information they have within an hour, it was just unfortunate that Damelin had not updated the information I wanted. I got a call three months ago from an agent telling me the inquiry has been closed, asking if I was satisfied with the feedback. When I mentioned that no one has called me, she said she will follow up and call me back. Till today I am still waiting. This course was completed more than two years ago! I am disgusted at the service!<br> <br> CLEARLY DAMELIN IS NOT ABOUT GREAT CLIENT SERVICES BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT SHAKEN BY A BAD REPORT ON HELLOPETER! Totally disgusted!
