4 MONTHS LATER, STILL MISSING STUDY MATERIAL

So i decided to enroll at DCC for a 1 year course.<br> i paid upfront and was promised prompt delivery of all my course material.<br> to my disgust, its been four months and i still only have 80% of my course material, this means that i cannot study for majority of my subjects.<br> not only that, it took me over 2 moths to receive my orientation guide from DCC, this would tell me how to go about studying, when to submit my Progress Assignment Task and when i would be writing my exams.<br> i eventually did receive one, except, it was for the wrong course...so i kinda cant do anything with it.<br> <br> so i decide to phone in and ask for help because nothing is happening over email, for over a week i've been told that their systems are offline, but i should leave my contact details and a student adviser will get back to me.<br> i did this twice....funny though, i never received any calls.<br> <br> so i paid DCC for an education....except, all i've gotten so far is frustration....i don't think that was part of the deal.<br> <br> <br> if you have the option to study elsewhere, i would recommend you do so.
