3 years of studying with NO diploma!

So, I wasted 3 years of my life studying at Damelin for Hospitality Management with the worst lecturer (the SAME damn lecturer for all of my subjects!). I completed my studies in 2012 and never bothered to collect my Diploma, I now sent my driver to collect it today and surprise surprise NO DIPLOMA!!!! How the hell Damelin, 90k and 3 wasted years later with NO DIPLOMA!?<br> I hope nobody ever studies through damelin again. The biggest waste of time in the world!
