2yrs of waiting

I have been trying for the past 2yrs to get help with my course & the last student advisor I spoke to promised me study materials in November. They do not respond to emails their line is terrible because after being told to hold for a consultant you get cut off be it from a landline or cellphone. It has been two years of no feedback and promises of getting back to me. I asked tocancel my rregistration and to re register but was told no, I can only request an extension. So now when & if I get my other study material I have to squeeze in 2yrs worth of work into 6months. My Id # ********** 381087 if they want the full stry and all the times I've asked for help they must view my profile because there will not be enough space for me to write everything I've gone through with them.
