BAD SERVISE

I am very DISSAPPOINTED in the manner of how my account is carried with these lawyers. I have an account with Foschini and my account was handed over to the Daly credit corporation. I was then contacted and made an arrangement to pay R300 however I realized that the money was not degreasing I then changed the amount to a R1000 in march 2022 when the balance was R12538. Last month I called them to find out how much am I still owing. To my surprise its R8057. I have been paying R1000 for almost 9months which is R9000 and the balance went down by R4000. This is day light *******. I have been calling this people for 2 weeks demanding answers their consultants cannot answer and when I ask to speak to the manager they say they will escalate my call. I have never received a call back. Today I call them and refused to hang up until I speak to the manager. I was then given a number for Kamonie Govender whom I called twice and they keep telling me that she does not answer calls. How and who suppose to answer to my question. I also forgotten to include that on their statement they have deducted R585 for outstanding commission of which this was never communicated or brought to my attention.
