rude lady from Rodkorp

Account hand over which I was not given option to settle the account I sent email and emails to make arrangements no one communicated back to me when I try to reach out to the admin staff her response is just Rude , which doesn’t make sense why as I was ready to pay the money via an arrangement . Since the medical aid did not pay full amount for my scans ! Now they dragging my name to the lawyers with handing over an account that I was trying to settle and no one communicated back all the time I sent emails
