Dalview Doctors-Bad practice

I went to this doctor Clarinda for quite a while and overtime I got a script from clarinda and my medical aid refuse to pay for the scripts becuase they dont treat patient with insomnia and when you call the accountant lady to figure out what's happing she is simply not there so after long fighs they changed the code so that it will be accepted. Why was this not done in the first place ?We already pay so much for medical aid so that the Dr can help us but not even that helps I still struggle to sleep with the medication se provided. So don't recommend that practice at all stay far away. They don't care about patients but rather the paycheck they can take home. It is sad that they can respond so fast on a google review but when you want to talk to them first you dont feel welcome at their pracrice unfortunately I cant give a 0 rating Communication -4 rating
