**** to by the salesman, asked for it to be sorted for 12 months and still no closure on the matter
Salesman **** to me to get a deal, then asked for 8 weeks for them to deliver machines and collect old ones. Complained for over a year to get the deal I asked for. Now the company says the salesman has left and it's for me to deal with. Even though I involved the Technical Manager last year August and even the sister company Business Connexion.
Useless all round and once again the consumer suffers.
DO NOT DEAL WITH EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES
