Good System Useless service

<p>They installed a PABX on a rental basis and we were promised service and services. There were about 5 different technicians that came out to "try" program the unit. We were promised reports and dont know what else. Eventually we found this and that is not included. Then in December we wanted to change a message. We never changed system passwords but when we wanted to change a message they wanted to charge us a fee to come reset the password and for us to change the message. After talking to the many reps and threatning them to throw the system into the street they send out someone. We gave up complaining about the real issues like the way it does the answering and reports etc. We have paid them a lot for many promises and they cannot get the system to work the way it is supposed to. And if you ask about it its going to cost extra. Most likely to rent someone else to come try and do it. The second star is for the equipment which is good. But if you cant program and run it properly then its useless</p>
