Daisy went from good to bad

They really an ******* there technicians have no knowledge they fone each other to ask how you do this how you do that .they did an install by us last year cctv i.p cemara install the guy that did the site survey also have no clue on what is going on but his an cctv manager i tried to get hold of some1 there regarding the issue we had but was told they on leave.cant remember the 2 technicians that did the job white guy and christian guy young very bad attitudes shouting at each other more than what they work 2weeks later trunking fel of wall cable tht was glued came off the remote view gave problems so we called got hold of n lady in service send out an technician to re do ouer remote view and fix the trunking must say for that technician i have respeck professional very s****full alot of knowledge could see he love what his doing cant remember his name so tallish moslem guy the rest have attitude problems.
