My parents company have rented a printer and PABX from daisy for a number of years. When I joined the family business I started to look into the contacts as my parents had complained about being ******* by the rep into signing another 60 month contract.

What I found is astounding. This company has taken full advantage of my parents age and has rented them a printer at an exorbitant price ten times the value of the printer with a contract that gives the renter no rights plus has clauses that allow them to escalate the agreed rental as they wish. They took advantage of this clause and increased the service plan rental from R300 to R800 in one month. On top of that they invoiced us for a call out and repair that they did to their own machine.

This company will take advantage of you in any way possible I highly recommend that you do not engage in any business with them.
