Unsatisfactory response from Daisy Business Solution; Westville, KZN

Over a year ago, we signed up for a contract with Daisy Business Solutions, Westville, KZN. But before the switchboard was installed, we cancelled the deal directly with the rep, when he came to our office to sign documents and followed I up via email. An employee from within the company, told me that if I'm not happy with the contract, I can use the out clause (cancellation within 30 days), which is what I did.

Now over a year ago I am still fighting this contract. Daisy just don't revert.

In addition, the CPA allows for cancellation of contract within 20 working days. So I DON'T see why they won't cancel this contract!!
