Terrible to deal with
If we could give 0 stars we would. Overpriced, underserviced. Avoid at all costs. When we enquired to cancel they did not get back to us, so carried on charging us for months after the contract officially ended. And now they want to charge us to collect their items which their "partners in crime", Assetfin, collected already months ago for "safe keeping"
