Servie failure

They offered a product to us without disclosing the full information, their product doesn't work for us, and from there, they fired as salesperson, who sold the product to us without taking the responsibility and doing remedial action, today as we are sitting with the product that does meet our requirements, they are not willing to help us.

They keep on saying we are not the only one complain about their products..
