Second Complaint / Unhappy Customer

Dear Sir/Madam

Please be advised that following my meeting with Izan Botes (Daisy Winelands Director), Nicole Hood (Client Relations Liaison) & subsequent discussions, it was agreed that there were problems with the Biometric System installed by Daisy literally from the time of installation.

It is my understanding that SA Rooibos Tea was using the Garrison Payroll software with the intention of the Biometrics being fully functional, however, due to the Biometrics not being functional; SA rooibos Tea supplies stopped using the system entirely. following the lodging of numerous complaints & several site visits to investigate the problems, no issues were ever resolved and the system remained non-functional.

Clearly the above represents a lack of follow-through on the part of Daisy; & failure on the part of Daisy to provide the service which SA Rooibos Tea supplies requested & originally paid for.

Obviously, SA Rooibos Tea Supplies cannot be expected to pay for a service which does not function as promised. Additionally, SA Rooibos Tea Supplies (in good faith) continued to entertain disruptive site visits in the hope of the system eventually being functional. Regrettably, this did not happen. and regrettably, it has not happened to date!

The proposal by Daisy to insist that SA Rooibos Tea Supplies "renew" the contract and submit a credit application in order for Daisy to cancel the blacklisting, is frankly ludicrous. This action on the part of Daisy constitutes very poor ethics and as word spreads quickly in the business community; Daisy will be left having a bad reputation for ********* business practices.

SA Rooibos Tea Supplies WILL NOT apply to renew the contract, AS THE SERVICES OF DAISY ARE NO LONGER WANTED!! Additionally, our company will certainly not submit a credit application, when it is clear that Daisy failed to provide the promised service; and SA Rooibos Tea Supplies has CLEARLY STATED REPEATEDLY that the services of Daisy are no longer wanted.

We appeal for reason, & politely request that in view of the above; Daisy proceed with removing SA Rooibos Tea's balcklisting with immediate effect!
