POOR AND AND FAILER TO DELIVER

We signed with Daisy in June 2022, this year we notified them of our move and they wanted us to pay them for a site Sarvey of which we did. They were supposed to move our fiber in September but they couldn't and they told us about a Temp solution. They brought the Temp solution, that is up and down the whole day, always when you call in for help you speak to different people and they are not even giving a solution but we are paying for fiber which we are not using as well as the Temp solution. We called them in but still no help. It has been almost 3 moths now, and mind you they still can't port our number from 2022 June.
