No solution to my Business

Poor service with empty promises... My money are good enough to take every month if the printer is broken or not. They do not care if I can provide a service to my clients or not. I'm oblige to keep my part of the contract but they do not care at all. The director can't even keep a appointment to see you to find a solution for your frustration or problem. If you want to cancel the contract it is impossible. Spare yourself a lot of frustration and anger and do not deal with this company.
