No Business Solutions - DAISY

we have now been without connectivity for almost two weeks and Daisy as our service provider is seemingly ******** to the problem although they installed the current system and now they want to sell additional items in order to make it work. Service is shocking as the time goes on communication and interest of the "stranded customer" is zero, I have to enquire and follow up and this is alarming.
