Daisy No Solution, WORSE service

I do not think the one star rating above gives justice to the poor, unprofessional service we have experienced from Daisy. Daisy “sold” us on a contractual data solution supp**** by liquid for our business, us being the client of Daisy obviously. The service that we have been paying for diligently for years has never worked without interruption for any two consecutive days, we have documented complaints the only thing that gets better is the excuses provided by Daisy, we have lost so much business and man hours, how can any business do this? Due to their direct failure we have request to cancel the contract due to Daisy/Liquid not being able to keep and meet their end of the agreement!!!!! I am still waiting, as Daisy claims there will be penalties????
