Daisy Business Solutions & Assetfin

I have been dealing with this company for many years. I had an issue with the amount of the annual increase on an agreement which I admit I signed however felt in hindsight that this increase (bearing in mind the state of the economy) was not realistic and asked them to review via their finance partner Assetfin. After over 3 months I still have not had resolution to this even though they keep promising to get back to me with a solution. This is poor and unprofessional, and it is highly unlikely that I will renew any contract with them on completion of this one.
