DAISY BUSINESS PROBLEMS

Damn! Where do I start? What a bunch of losers. How can *****s like this still be allowed to be in business? From the very first month we signed up with Daisy Business “Problems” we had issues. They can’t even supply you with a box of paper. You wait forever for them to return phone calls or reply to emails. We are waiting for almost six months to arrange a meeting with the director. Whenever you phone to speak to him, you are told that he’s either at a conference or not available. Perhaps he’s permanently on the golf course - like Trump. They sent out a new dolly bird rep to try and hook us further into a new contract. But I was better prepared for them this time. She can’t even do a quote properly. It’s been now almost a week since we requested a settlement balance for the rest of the contract (about 20 months). That’s how desperate we are to get out of this absolute nightmare. We are in a previously disadvantaged community in Cloetesville, Stellenbosch and I just wonder if we situated in Paradyskloof or Die Boord, would the service still be the same? There is an error message on our printer since they have been supplying us with non-genuine toner and we are being told: “Sorry we have no SOLUTION, you just have to live with the PROBLEM” Then change your company name to DAISY BUSINESS PROBLEMS, because that’s exactly what your are. My advice to everyone out there: DO NOT MAKE USE OF DAISY BUSINESS SOLUTIONS. YOU ARE SETTING UP YOUR BUSINESS FOR FAILURE.
