Daisy Buisness Nightmares

The worst experience ever that could have be imagined. These guys are in businesses not to build relationships. Daisy has been a absolute nightmare from the start. They buttered me up so much to get the business they invited me for golf, they where having a golf day in 2017 and I accepted. I signed the contract on the Tuesday . The Thursday the day before the golf I phoned to find out what time the Tee-Off. I had not once been contacted ; I had cancelled my trip from CT to George for the weekend .I eventually got a phone call back from the rep “sorry we made a mistake we do not have a spot for you but don’t worry we will put your name down for the next Golf Day ” . I forgave them but at that point I realized these people don’t have respect for time my business or me. The service has been absolutely shocking on all fronts Daisy don’t care at all about after service. These guys are definitely have some sort of **** going. I was doubting myself and upset with my temper. Now been able to see on hellopeter they have 18 reviews all one star. There must be a problem with the company and luckily not me. Call Centre is super rude raising the tone of voice to me after receiving numerous emails from me. When I tried to come back the phone was slammed down in my ear. The service from Daisy is on whole different level of “***”. They also sold , sorry I mean did me in, with a Samsung system that they no longer have parts for but I am just over 36 months into my contract with 24 months left and the phone system and handsets are giving in. Frustration frustration frustration all around even with the cameras. Very super *** business. Amazing how they talk about there business model maybe the model should be inspected ..... I take full responsibility for signing the documents but rather they must must bring a lawyer along to sign than use a rep that can’t wait to get commission. NEVER WORK WITH THESE GUYS .....Unkind; inhuman a ; f..k you attitude ;lies ..... HAS TO BE THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE DEALT WITH IN MY 20 years in Business ..... 19 reviews all 1 rating ;do your maths I am not giving up here Cart Blanche next .....
