Be aware of Dasisy Business Solutions and Sox KZN

WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Oh, my word, where to start with this company. My very first experience was great to start with no problems at all. It all went wrong when I was asked to resign for a 2nd agreement. This is where the lies and unauthorized debits from my bank account started. I was shown figures by their sales agent, that was going to save me R500pm. It turns out that the figures used on the quote were in fact the figures from my PABX and not my printer which is what I was resigning for. Anyway, to cut a long story short, I still have the same printer from the 1st agreement which means that this company was paid out twice for the same machine as they sell and discount the rental agreement to a finance house who pays them upfront. Then in February of this year I noticed a new debit being taken from my account by Sox KZN. And so, the phone calls and emails started. Just to put you in the picture, my first agreement came with 36 000 free copies and to date we have only used just over 20 000, never mind the free copies that came with the 2nd agreement. I am now onto my 3rd sales manager who this last month assured me that no further debits would be taken from my account and in August I was asked to submit an invoice for all the unauthorized debits taken from my account. At the end of August, I had to resubmit the adjusted invoice as another debit was taken even after I was assured it would not. Then to top it off the same has just happened again at the end of September. No matter how many phone calls and emails are sent, nothing changes. My personal advice, is stay far away from this company.
