Bad aftercare service

No aftrecare service. I have been batteling for more than a month to get the service i pay for. I have got a 4 meg installed, after 8 months we batteling to get our 4 meg line working like it should. If we call them tey come out test everthing and the ist works for 24 hours. After that if we call them a gain there is difrent esquises why we not getting the service. i am on the verge of let then come take te equipment.
